All I can say is THANK YOU! We had moved out of state from Valencia to Idaho. Lived there for a few months since we had some issues arise and forced us there. We rented. Didn’t like it and wanted to move back. I got Johnathan Frank‘s number from a close friend. My friend told me I would be in great hands. We get emails once in a while and they give us tips or recently we got an email with a Redbox code for a free movie rental one night. They are really good to their clients. The team at Cat And Paul were exceptional in helping me and my wife sell our condo in Santa Clarita. I worked primarily with Johnathan Frank and Holly York, who provided wise counsel and frequent updates. Johnathan was honest about the state of the real estate market and spoke frankly (no pun intended) regarding what our asking price should be and in disclosing all the costs associated with the sale of our home. He provided me with an estimated proceeds sheet before listing our home that was within a few hundred dollars of what we received (we actually received a few hundred dollars more in profit). When Johnathan recommended that we stage our home, the quote that he gave us was actually less than the actual cost to us. He took the difference upon himself and recouped the money to us in closing costs.
